Basically this story is about Hlynsin finding out where Tenchi-Masaki works by looking at 4 pictures I got from him. If you think this is interesting, continue reading

First of all, lemme introduce the people involved in this

Tenchi-Masaki/Ifurite – A polish guy that owns a Nissan s13 and loves RX-7 FD’s.
Hlynsin – Owner of a Mitsubishi Galant with automatic transmission. Basically a broke dude that lives in Iceland. Loves FD’s.

It all started with Tenchi-Masaki/Ifurite saying that he went to Iceland for 3 months and that he was driving a SsangYong Musso. Later he asked if we’ve seen Hlynsin and that he wanted to meet him.

May 23rd, Tenchi-Masaki appears with pictures of his SsangYong Musso. We talk about how crappy that car is for another 30 minutes before he disappears.

June 2nd, Tenchi-Masaki joins again and asks for Hlynsin. After that we didn’t hear from him.

4 hours later Hlynsin comes out of fucking nowhere, and I start talking with him. We found out that he didn’t have internet for 2-3 weeks, because he’s so damn poor. After a while I came up with an idea to find out where Tenchi-Masaki works/lives, by looking at the pictures he showed me of his car. So we start looking around in Google Maps and after 30 minutes, Hlynsin says that he found out something about one picture.

At the god damn bottom of this picture he could see something called “Hitavatnstankar Grafarholt‎i” or in english “Hot water towers”. Seriously, how the f*** can anyone even notice this stuff?

After we figured out this, he basically pin pointed out the almost exact position where the pictures were taken. He has never been there before, but he knows where the towers can be seen.

When we found out where the Tenchi-Masaki worked, it was already 4am, so we both went to sleep.

Today Hlynsin visited the channel and said that he found out where Tenchi-Masaki worked. The location he pointed out at Google Maps (lolcantshow) was really exact. Here’s the conversation between me and Hlynsin:

[20:27:10] <&Hlynsin> One street above that one actually, but i knew the street i pointed out wasn’t the street i was looking for

[20:29:29] <&Hlynsin> he had no idea what i was talking about at first
[20:29:46] <&Hlynsin> since he didn’t notice when i said clubcarisma the first time
[20:29:55] <~SLAiNTRAX> hahaha
[20:30:15] <~SLAiNTRAX> what did you say to get hold of him?
[20:30:24] <~SLAiNTRAX> you asked for the owner of the musso?
[20:30:28] <&Hlynsin> Yeh
[20:30:32] <&Hlynsin> and i was talking to the owner
[20:30:40] <&Hlynsin> The owner is an icelandic guy, he only drives it
[20:30:59] <~SLAiNTRAX> so you asked for Tenchi?
[20:31:16] <&Hlynsin> yeh
[20:31:41] <&Hlynsin> Very nice guy

So this basically concludes our search. I’ll update this once Tenchi-Masaki comes back from work and logs onto IRC. That way we get more details from this unusual event

Finally got the translations. I’ll do the next chapter in the next 24 hours. Don’t expect it to be done in less than 10 hours, because I have to sleep right now.

As soon as I get the translations for the next chapters, I’ll typeset it all. I hope we can start releasing Initial D normally again.
